PhD student (application deadline: early December):

CityU studentships offer a monthly stipend of ~HK$18,700, 12 months per year, to all successful candidates. CityU admission deadline is in early December for admission to the following year's fall semester. • Requires a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with a very strong academic background.

  3. English test score (minimum TOEFL = 79, or IELTS = 6.5 [CET6 = 490, does not work for HKPFS])

  4. Publication samples in PDF format (if any)

Postdoc:

• Requires a PhD in Physics or closely related disciplines. Experience with numerical software and programming (e.g., MATLAB, Python) is preferred.
